This vest is made from 1.5mm (1/16th" thick) neoprene , Blue nylon covered outside front and black nylon lining inside,"adjustable" sizing with Velcro closures and is lined on both sides with 100% nylon.. This vest is offered in xsmall to large size and comes with a complete velcro back for greater size adjustments. The velcro back is always black while the front is cobalt blue.
